BC/Yukon RFCs’ Colourful Kiosk at the 2026 PSAC BC Regional Convention
BC-Yukon Regional Field Coordinators (RFCs) Michael Van Nen (union) and Margot Cutcher (employer) marked the 25th anniversary of the JLP with a colourful presence at the 10th PSAC BC Regional Convention May 22-24, 2026 at the Victoria Conference Centre in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island. There were almost 200 participants from across the region.
Participants included an impressive 10 JLP facilitators as well as a few JLP organizers, many of whom the RFCs got to chat with in person. Many who stopped by the booth wanted to know more about the program to support positive workplace relations. They were especially interested in Duty to Accommodate and Respecting Differences/Anti-Discrimination in-person workshops. Both these recently revised workshops have been receiving very positive feedback across the BC/Yukon region on how they improve workplace relationships to support a psychologically safe workplace, and word is definitely spreading.
The RFCs are honoured to have been invited to promote the JLP at the Regional Convention!
