Celebrating the JLP's 25th anniversary in Vancouver at the NMC Connect Day
Regional Field Coordinators (RFCs)Michael Van Nen (Union) and Margot Cutcher (Employer) were joined by Mary Yamashita, JLP Facilitator (Employer) to host a kiosk to promote the JLP’s 25th anniversary at the National Manager’s Community (NMC) Connect event on March 4th in downtown Vancouver at Simon Fraser University.
Topics of the day included leadership during difficult times, techniques for creating collaboratively, and speed mentoring with regional senior leaders. Participants were keen to talk about relevant topics found in the JLP learning suite such as Duty to Accommodate, Mental Health in the Workplace and Grounding Ourselves in Uncertain Times.
Several JLP facilitators in attendance dropped by the table for a chat with their RFCs.
