New facilitators in the Ontario-Nunavut region

From June 19-23, the Ontario-Nunavut region held an orientation session for its newest facilitators in Ajax, Ontario. The latest cohort of Ontario-Nunavut facilitators sharpened their facilitation and group leadership skills using the Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace, Understanding the Collective Agreement, and Respecting Differences / Anti-Discrimination JLP workshop kits.

This was the most interactive orientation I have had. Completely engaging, energizing, and supportive learning environment.

The JLP learning event has allowed me to grow as both a participant and facilitator. It has allowed me to see training and learning in a different light.

Many facilitators mentioned the positive and engaging interactions throughout the week. The Program Officers Nathalie Duquette and Konstantin Kilibarda were delighted at the participants’ eagerness to absorb and integrate new concepts and techniques as they were introduced throughout the week.

The JLP welcomes its newest Ontario-Nunavut facilitators into the Program!
