JLP at First Nations Inuit Health Branch Managers’ Gathering
The Joint Learning Program held a kiosk on April 9 and 10 at the beautiful Wabano Centre in Ottawa for the FNIHB National Office Managers’ Gathering.
A large number of FNIHB Managers from across Canada visited the JLP table and learned about the unique approach of the Program, its benefits and the experiential learning approach used to deliver its workshops.
Regional Field Coordinators, Patrick Rosemond and Deirdre Brown were excited to see the interest of several managers in becoming facilitators after hearing how they can help transform their workplace and incorporate wellness with the JLP.
The FNIHB National Managers’ Gathering was an excellent opportunity to increase awareness about the Program and explain how workshops can help organizations foster a climate of mutual trust and respect in the workplace.
