JLP at the Managers’ Exchange in Montreal
JLP was invited to host a booth at the Managers’ Exchange held at the Grande Bibliothèque in Montreal on November 26, 2018. The National Managers’ Community (NMC) and the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) co-hosted this event across the country.
Andrée Damphousse and Manon Bouchard, Regional Field Coordinators for the Quebec Region, spoke about the benefits of JLP in improving communications and labour-management relations. The managers showed a great deal of interest in JLP’s approach to training federal employees to become facilitators to give its workshops within the public service.
JLP is pleased to have been an exhibitor and participated in various sessions during the day.
