PSAC Quebec Regional Occupational Health and Safety Conference
The Quebec JLP Regional Coordinators, Andrée Damphousse and Manon Bouchard, hosted a kiosk during the PSAC Quebec Regional Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Conference held in Orford, Quebec from September 8 to 10, 2017. Close to 100 members and OHS committee representatives participated in the Conference. Many activists visited the JLP kiosk and discussed the workshops on mental health and duty to accommodate which were topics discussed during the Conference. Some expressed an interest in becoming facilitators for the Program and many conveyed the importance of the JLP in the workplace and the quality of the Mental Health in the Workplace workshop.
