JLP’s Participation in Quebec Region’s “Ability Fair”
On December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, an “Ability Fair” was organized by the Federal Public Service Interdepartmental Committee for the International Day of Persons with Disabilitiesat the Guy-Favreau Complex. The Fair brought together various organizations and departments dedicated to the needs of people with disabilities. At the event, the JLP was represented by the Quebec region’s Regional Field Coordinators (RFC), Manon Bouchard and Vicky Champagne. The two RFCs promoted the JLP kits and in particular: Duty to Accommodate, Employment Equity, Respecting Differences and Anti-Discrimination, as well as the Mental Health in Workplace kit.
