The Joint Learning Program

The Joint Learning Program (JLP) is a partnership between the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The objectives of the JLP are to improve labour relations and increase the understanding of the roles of the union and management in the workplace. The JLP achieves its objectives by providing workshops in areas of mutual interest for which the employer does not already have a legal obligation to provide training.
