Updates to the Understanding the Collective Agreement and the Duty to Accommodate: Building an Inclusive Workplace kits
There are minor updates/corrections to the Understanding the Collective Agreement kit and the Duty to Accommodate: Building an Inclusive Workplace kit. They include:

  • updating the Background in the kit introduction to include the Joint Learning Program (JLP) recent milestone of delivering over 2,000 workshops since 2007;
  • updating the Target Audience in the kit introduction to reflect that JLP workshops are available to all union members (and their corresponding supervisors and managers) within the Core Public Administration;
  • correcting references to Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) policies. (Policies are developed by Treasury Board of Canada (and not by TBS so it was necessary to make this correction.)

The minor changes that were made to these two kits will have no impact on the workshop delivery.
