The JLP at the 10th CSA Annual Health and Wellness Learning Day
On February 16, the Quebec Region JLP Regional Field Coordinators were invited to participate in the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) 10th Annual Employee Health and Wellness Learning Day. The theme of the day was "At Work, keep your brain at heart!
Through a variety of speakers, participants were introduced to the function of the prefrontal brain at work and increased their awareness on the importance of maintaining good health.
The JLP would like to thank the organizers for setting up such an enriching day and would like to highlight that this wonderful initiative has now contributed to the well-being of employees for the past 10 years!
